1) Since Nadleeh is part of Virtue, the Tier 2 Echo would count as a singular Item. You're correct that he won't be able to access Nadleeh until he Echoes back the ability to discard Virtue's armor.
2) He could first get a canon recurrence Tier 1 Echo of trying to unlock Virtue which would return his knowledge of how to unlock Virtue (assuming his method of attempt is similar to the actual method) and then receive his piloting skills as another Tier 1 once he sits inside the cockpit.
3) If Virtue's basic armaments aren't directly built into it -- ie they're removable -- then Virtue will not come with those armaments. I'm not sure about the Canons, but the Beam Sabers won't be included.
Basically, all mechas will be Echoed back in their barest form. I'm not sure if the GN Drive is removable, but that will be included with the initial Gundam Echo.
4) The GN Field would have to be regained as a separate ability and likely in stages until it reaches its original potential. Until the pilot regains the ability to utilize the GN Field, whatever its method of activation, it simply won't work.
