Plot notice at LHS 11/21

Just a heads up! There is a Plot in the works, which means that there will be an explosion at LHS tomorrow night (and, several hours later, at a local generic bank). So, it won't effect classes immediately, but if characters might be hanging around in that area, it's going to be roped off and under repair for a bit!
