Player: Olga Character: Karl Aurion/Kratos Aurion | Tales of Symphonia Echo: Torent Forest
As the name implies, it's a big forest next to a hidden village of the elves (village not included). It's filled with various greenery and even a big waterfall! Various monsters roam the place like slug monsters and bell pepper plant monsters and stuff that can all be seen in the link here. Non-monster creatures called bush babies (also possibly in the video) also run around the forest and like to hide in tree holes. There is also a single random golden dragon in one area. IT IS BIG AND DROPS LOTS OF GOLD.
Actually, all these monsters, for some reason, drop money. Gold. Sometimes random items, too! The bell pepper plant drops onions apparently? Idek but it does. At the very center of the forest sits a large gravestone like object. It's actual the location of a powerful summon spirit that will likely not come with the location (it's capable of bending time and space and world splitting and other stuff).
why this is awesome?: Come one, come all to the amazing Torrent Forest, bane of many a gamer! For no fee at all, you can get lost in here forever!! By which I mean, the forest has a fun trick to it. There are DOZENS of paths but only one correct one. If you go down the wrong one? You loop back to the start of that path. Characters could get lost in here for a good fun time of rage! It could also serve as a good hiding place for numbered once they've learned the correct path. Anyone without knowledge of it could get lost forever/beaten up by monsters. Having trouble with the cops, mafia, or evil step mother? Dump all in here!
The way to get out? The bush babies. They know where to go. The way to get them to lead you? Shoot fire/throw items at them. Plus, the cute little buggers sneaking out and getting into people's things could be fun. Imagine waking up one morning only to find some weird glowy eyes staring at you and then BAM bush baby flees out the window, how it even got in being a magical mystery!
Not to mention that the monsters can serve as good training for numbers. They respawn and have decent numbers so it'd make for a good fight. I can easily gather up more details/stats later on if the forest is selected so that characters could pick what to fight and all that. Nothing beats picking a fight with a bell pepper and possibly getting your butt kicked!
