It's seems only fitting, she kind of planted the bug. I've been kind of loose on what Luci's father actually does, but it does have some connection with the government. I'm gonna run some ideas by the mods before I set anything in stone, so I'll get back to you on just what that might entail.

That was generally my thought. In canon, Lux was involved in covert operations in the Demacian military, so this is right up her alley, even if she doesn't realize it yet.
