excellent :D Basically, he talked to Ray about finding a solution for his....dilemma....and while he's been reluctant to do anything but lie low so far, he's finally getting fed up with the arrests/disappearances. Not to mention the fact that there's been another death.

I'm also willing to have him get arrested, either purposefully as bait or accidentally.
