Akito will be reluctantly healing any of the numbers club members who report being injured in the earthquake, particularly if it's something that won't attract to much attention. People who were injured badly in front of lots of normal civilians for example would be avoided, but if someone gets hurt and stranded somewhere he'll find a way to get to them.
