So I'd like for Alexa to be the victim of a Blood Keys mugging and use it as an opportunity to regain some of her powers (echoes: gotta catch'em all). Would anybody like to stumble onto the scene and inadvertently/maybe not inadvertently escalate things to violence?

If your character can't perform a rescue, that's fine, I'll have her regain some combat capability. But if they can, that's even better: she'll regain a horse.
