If I remember it right, they were thinking he was going to die so his publishers kinda pushed him to finish it up. But yeah, pretty crazy.

And it is a lot of fun! Kinda chaotic at times but in a good way :) Stuff that happens on a whim can wind up having a pretty big impact and guiding the meta plot which is pretty awesome :)
