Sup guys? My name's Kalan and I'm a complete newbie to the game (and also took a little time off DWRP in general), and I'm bringing you one Garrus Vakarian from the Bioware game series where you date aliens Mass Effect. Garrus is from a race called the turians, whose society is somewhat similar to the Prussians and Romans. Also they sorta look like the missing link between raptors and birds with a touch of cricket and cat thrown in for good measure. In his canon, Garrus was a police officer turned vigilante turned high ranking military advisor, and he really REALLY hated red tape and bureaucracy. He was also pretty awesome with tech and sniper rifles, and pretty shit with flirting.
Here, he's a rookie FBI agent named Gerald Vakarian who has returned to his hometown to investigate rumours of shady dealings and other sorts of white collar crime (he can't say that he finds it all terribly exciting). Unlike his preincarnation, he has a healthy amount of respect for rules and regulations, and genuinely believes in the system. He also has a Masters' Degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Locke City University, and loves to participate in competitive programming like the cool guy he is. I have an info post for him up over here, and if a few things overlap, I'd very DEFINITELY be up for some pre-game CR and whatnot.

Omfg Varric (I mean ok Ratchet and Nick are cool but VARRIC). While I'm not sure if they'd have pre-existing CR, I do get the feeling that they will and should cross paths because Bioware guys who are awesome shots and are excellent bros with the main character just have to interact (particularly as Gerald really starts to begin his investigation into that kind of stuff).
Also, if Nick works at the police department, Gerald will probably be dropping by/was be asked by his superiors to cooperate with local law enforcement while he carries on his investigation into things.

Hello Kalan, welcome to the game! I'm Alec and I play this guy here - Sho from the movie Moon Child. In his previous life, he was a street rat that became a mob boss and then was turned into a vampire by his BFF. In this life, he is a trust fund baby who is in America to 'find himself' along with his fancy sports car and his cosplay gear.
As for pre-CR, well, his family has some connections to finance and international money trading WHICH ARE TOTALLY LEGIT, so he would be a blip on the radar as someone to get in contact with to get through red tape since his father's finacial arm will open a few closed doors in the tape ball of tape.
