RE Nick: Sherman is on good terms with Nick. Nick will know that Sherman has an excellent professional record, but his methods are often more violent than necessary. He does produce results, though. He also acts like he runs the place, that he's superior to his superiors and as such, rules do not apply to him. He thinks he's smarter than everyone else and frequently shows off.
Also, he's a vegetarian and he smokes a lot.
On the bright side, he rewards good work.
