I plan for Julien to have been really visible, and with his hair he's very recognizable. He might keep downy feathers on his arms when out-of-area, and other weird vestiges. I'm sure there'll be great chaos making it difficult to leave... Would the FBI and so on want to prevent him from heading a few hundred miles away?
