In order for the network Keys to avoid arrest, though, they're going to have to comply with the FBI's quest for information, so if that's not something the network Keys would do, then it's probably better to conceal their identities for now.
The FBI is kind of going to take over the reincarnates investigation, so no, they wouldn't be sharing any information that they specifically discover with the local police department. This may change in the future based on new factors, but at least for the two weeks and likely extending into the beginning of Season 2, the FBI will not be sharing information with Locke PD.
