Hullo STE! My name is Reg, and I'm brand new to these shores, bringing you Sylar/Gabriel Gray from Heroes. Some of you will know me from Ax, though I've spotted a couple of characters I've played with way way in times past. For those who don't, I have a plurk @regasssa, and you can contact me on AIM with the same sn.

So Sylar as some of you will know is a bit of a bad egg. He lobotomises people and paws through their brains to steal their abilities. (ftr I will work out how to deal with his hunger if/when he gets it back). For now, though, I thought 'well what would be a nice ironic profession for this guy?' and of course who else clumsily paws through your brain? A psychiatrist, of course! So meet Dante De Angelis, middle son (but third child) of the Little Italy De Angelis, older brother of Lucca De Angelis (Peter Petrelli) and putting a professional face on his backalley mob antics through his medical practice.

Dante runs and works at the family owned Angel of Mercy Medical Practice, which employs both therapists and psychiatric nurses, so if anyone wants to slip a character into one of these roles, let me know! His specialty is forensic psychology, so besides his usual work, he also visits the police station/courts now and again. He studied in medical school for a number of years, and attends a Roman Catholic church in Little Italy. So if anyone would like to handwave having bumped into him years ago /points to comment section!

Oh my gosh, I am sure I have played with you at some point. Was it that death meme? I think it was that death meme. Which was probably my favorite meme thread ever. o_O What a crazy coincidence!

L does currently have a therapist, but his preincarnation wasn't a particularly balanced and well-adjusted person, either; I foresee things getting worse before they get better, and him getting cocky and reckless before he sobers up and gets cautious. Sadly, right now he thinks he's a hero who saved children, and that'll come crashing down when he... well, realizes the truth.

He has a lot of challenges ahead of him, is what I'm saying.

He's pretty nosy, so he'll definitely hit up Dante's first post. He keeps copious, detailed, obsessive notes about all of his interactions as well as an IC journal, and he's always looking for material.

The death meme sounds just about right. God, it's been absolutely forever since I've played Light now!

Well if he wants a second opinion/meds/someone to keep him out of trouble who knows! I'm hoping to put up a first post in the next few days, once I've coordinated how exactly that's going to go. A little bit of watching things move and getting a feel of the pacing first, then I'll jump right in. I'm definitely looking forward to tagging with you~

I actually dug back on dear_mun to find it; the thread is long gone but you were definitely that Light! Thanks so much for playing that incredible thread with me.

Belle is actually working toward her doctorate, and isn't supposed to be seeing L anymore. She feels a sense of personal responsibility for him and as things start to get more and more unprofessional between them, plus the stress of some pretty intense echoes, they will likely decide together that he needs to see someone else instead of or in addition to Belle. Count on these guys meeting in the near future. It's gonna be awesome!

Aaaah that's brilliant! Such a small world. I miss Light incredibly much, I have to say, but that was back when I played one character in one place. DN characters are a lot of hard work if you spread your load out even the tiniest bit. I keep having to tell myself that otherwise I'd jump back on him in a heartbeat.

I will definitely definitely count on it, don't you worry!
