This totally exists in Transformers canon
and given that Starscream's usually the brainy guy, he probably knows how to make it
It doesn't render you TOTALLY invisible, it leaves a shimmering outline, but it's better than nothing
annnd for all that it might be horrifyingly toxic to organic life WHO KNOWS? IT, LIKE MOST THINGS ABOUT THE 80s, IS A MYSTERY
