Rakka will generally avoid everyone, retreating back into her house for the time being. Even if she was one of the lesser obvious reincarnates fighting the snakes, there's probably still one or two videos with her in them shooting lightening. Being too afraid of what might happen to her, Rakka wont be revealing that she's a reincarnate just yet. Ergo, she'll be hiding from agents and reporters and the like.
