The Altoids-keychain thing sounds like something Julien might be able to take out. With difficulty. Someone whose powers won't make it a totally trivial thing to solve want to be there too/help him out?

Much as I'd like to see him in Vegas I don't think it's happening, at least not now - his stealth power only works so well now that he's a giant bird monster. Plus I don't think he could take athelas along.

I think in Locke an official eye might be kept on him and he'd talk to the FBI types, but he'd be let to do as he likes. ...hmm. Idk just what he'll be doing now, though, he quit the LSR and would have trouble going back.
