They tend to keep that way and would probably would want to be told if any of their younger gung-ho members try to nab things beyond their borders so they can properly punish them and would probably also do the same for Albero's younger members in exchange. I figured that the borders can be treated like neutral zones where the groups will exchange things or people or what have you.
And I can see them allowing some exchange of goods and so on for a price since trade is part of the smuggling/stealing thing that yakuza mix in with. Also the triad (aka Chinese) will have ties to the Golden Triangle areas so there can be exchanges that way too. I think that Albero would probably get some decent stuff, but the more refined goods he would want, the more it will cost, though it might be cheaper getting through them then trying to get through other people.
