Um YES MORE FBI. I'm Kalan, and I play one Garrus Vakarian from Mass Effect, reincarnated as Gerald Vakarian, no longer such FBI agent who um... ALSO HAS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING BACKGROUND FROM LCU (He did his Masters' in it so yeah). Pre-CR wise, he's sorta known as the agent who was in Locke City before the Wise Snake attack and apparently has SOME idea of what's going on/was very heavily involved in exposing police corruption. His father was relatively well-known in the FBI as well.
