+1 somewhat angsty preteen

So this is Mio (resident Anna of Arendelle mun) with another character!

This time I'm bringing you guys Kaede Kaburagi from Tiger and Bunny! Kaede is a fairly friendly 11 year old kid who believes in the idea of justice and is doing the right thing! She also has the power to copy other people's abilities so if you guys can fill out this permission post that would be great!

In Save the Earth though? Katie is slightly less so but she's still a friendly girl! Just don't expect her to go out of her way to go and help everyone out. But push her enough and she will help you all!

She is currently an elementary student and her parents are workaholics at the local hospital. If you want more info, it is here.

Hey, don't knock living with a grandparent, man. It's basically all Toushirou knows. Of course, that's because his parents are dead as opposed to just being super-busy.

If Katie goes to the standard public elementary, I imagine they're in the same building, at least! Natalie teaches 3rd Grade.

To be honest, I have no idea what school Katie goes so why not?

Katie is 10 years old so she could have had Natalie as a teacher! Although if she did, it would also be around that time when Katie started to have an attitude around adults/authority figures so....!
