I certainly believe a PR mod is a necessary inclusion, though I have little experience in the area myself and as such, I feel I cannot offer any criticism on your suggested implementation of the position.

I am not on especially familiar terms with you, but from what I have seen, your presence and conduct in this game have both been unmistakably positive. You would not necessarily be my first choice for a PR mod, but I do not believe you would make a poor one. Still, I agree with batsock on the grounds of this being a premature offering.
