No problem, Linda. I just get about as URRRGHGHGHGHGHLE at poor communication as you get about debate stuff. Even if it's just putting together some sort of IRC channel or like, a mod-only comm to keep track of everything, the lack of communication frustrates me! I've nnever been one to be irritated at people who take long with me because I'm a chill kinda dude, but there's just so much ineffeciency with how the current system is set up that there has to be -some- sort of solution. Even if it's just "I know you're not on but I'm leaving this message with as much details as possible where everyone can see it so SOMEONE can get on it ASAP". There was mention of a need for a timetable when it comes to resolving issues, that is definitely a thing that should happen.

As for stuff like not being able to keep track of factors in the metaplot, why not use gdocs? It should be the plot mod's job to keep everything sorted out, and while I'm not saying that one person needs to have eyes everywhere, most of the time the stuff that would affect the metaplot is run through at least one avenue the mods are keeping eyes on (either convos with them asking about it, or the general purpose plotting post). I know it can be hard to keep track of all the things that might push and pull on the plot, but that's kind of what needs to happen. A plot mod's job is one that isn't just about creating plots, it's about making sure player factors are all accounted for. A Dungeon Master who does nothing but worry about what they're setting up isn't a good Dungeon Master, get what I mean?
