Okay. Well, I can quite easily have Toushirou in the requisite area for encountering the animated hot rod monster, though I'm iffy on offering him up for the takedown itself. (He's more brute supernatural force, after all, though he does have abilities that can be used in more creative ways.) Anyhow, I'm up for a general encounter involving the monster, should anyone want to be around with him for that.

I doubt he'll actually go and talk to Geoff personally, simply because why would he go out of his way to talk to somebody? This is Toushirou; he hardly even approaches people he knows at parties. Plus, he's trying to keep himself from being outed to the general public, still. He'd be interested in hearing about anybody who did go and have a chat with him, however. Because knowing what's up with the aliens is always a good thing in his book.
