Offering Neil, though it might be a long shot - almost literally! Since I expect he wouldn't be able to field the giant freaking robot for this, he's still got a good bit going for him.

Primarily, experience - as a soldier, he's good at assessing a chaotic situation calmly enough to be able to think and act clearly. If something or someone can help him keep up with the thing, he can be good to help coordinate reincarnates towards figuring out a plan of action in the heat of the moment.

Beyond that, he's regained Lockon's obscene sniping skills. Give him a rifle, and while it's firepower it wouldn't be used towards trying to blow the thing away - he could very well stand a good chance of shooting out its tires.

Plus, he's handy for the FBI to nab, since they're working with Geoff and all, too.
