Yuuya could do something about the car, Julien... less so, really. He doesn't have the guns or the mindset, he's fast but not car fast, and he's not that great a flyer. Guess he could always lunge to try and get someone out of the way, outside of the takedown?

Julien is going out in public as a giant bird creature and also working as a model. He has *no* cover and is probably on the famous side. He might meet Geoff? Maybe. Possibly in Misato's company. Idk what echoes to give him, though.
