The forensic team in Las Vegas hasn't turned up any fingerprints on either of the items involved in the previous murders, and that trend continues with this third murder. Ballistic fingerprinting will unhelpfully suggest the right-hand twist rifling of a Smith and Wesson. There is quite simply no conclusive evidence at all, to the point where it's eerie.
