Sorry this is so late - Mordin's not going to find much issue beyond swathes of Vermini hanging around. The warehouses are a pair, used in the storage and shipping of gardening supplies, like a Home Depot's gardening department, including large water tanks and sod patches. Obviously, Mordin will have to gain access from the company employees, but he's unlikely to face serious resistance before the 11th of June.
