A contact person is a numbered character who will relay information/requests from a non-numbered NPC to the network; this is an infrequent and very rare task, but might require posting within a set time-frame of a few days around a certain date. NPCs in need of such contact persons are:
The three aliens; various media NPCs in Las Vegas and the Neuschwanstein Area; the Bonbrights; Kaufmann and a politician in Las Vegas and Locke each; Hallbach/Graibiger; eventually the FBI.
