Activity Summary: Winter's been largely recovering from the mental stress of joining Raye for her ill-fated attack on a mafia patrol, though it's also incited her to some anger about their lot in life, and she's starting to get more desperate to take their city back - she just wants to go home. It's not going terribly well, and now that he's getting approached by individual Numbered to try and help, it probably will stay that way.
