Eugen will be strictly against this operation and will ask Nick for the information (which he will then pass to the FBI). I've been informed that the FBI will not interfere directly with the operation, so this certainly won't disrupt anything. They will be upping surveillance around the town and calls back agents to be on standby in case things go nuts and endanger the masses.

The FBI will however, arrange for safe houses for Numbered/family who are not participating in this operation but these safe houses are located outside of echo boundaries. They have to move themselves to these location though, so as to not alert the mafia if the FBI starts moving Numbered/family out.

Eugen himself will be in Germany, so he won't be participating directly unless he has a reason to be there.
