State of the character: Lazarus is in a constant state of recovering and preparing, and he's gotten the hang of those two things overlapping rather nicely. A subplot involving his and Cesar's doppelgangers just wrapped up, and in addition to keeping his ragtag little crew of castmates and close CR as safe as he possibly can, he's helping Shou with their combined funds and connections to get started early on, ensuring that the Numbered will be well-supplied in the coming future. Plans: Lazarus wants to do everything, but no character can be 82 places at once. He wants to go to Japan and attempt to reason with authorities there in an attempt to get them to not attack the Kappa, but circumstances will probably bring him back to Locke, where all of his roots are deepest and his mission control center is. He'll have Willow Ridge outfitted as a makeshift hospital (very makeshift; think first aid kits, bandages, antiseptic and cots) and will encourage people to rest before throwing themselves into or back into the fray following an injury. He'll keep this up as long as he can while contributing to mission control, until Locke City's invasion and (presumably) the destruction of Willow Ridge, the teleporter, and everything else he's been working so hard on this last long while. I want evacuation to be a priority for him then as my way of being cute and showing that he's grown enough as a character to care more about getting people out safe than fretting over a stupid building and the archaic principle of going down with a ship. After that... trying his very best not to get killed, because life is precious, and if anyone needs a genius detective for the last last leg of the game, he's wide open as long as he can geographically get there (that teleporter can be used one. last. time. I'm sure.)
