Let me think. The bunker is on base and has quite low security since it's rarely used for anything any more and is almost all personnel on base just forget it's there. Just a chain link fence around the entrance, which is a simple ramp with a blast door leading to the bunker itself. There is one security camera pointed squarely at that one entrance, from a single angle. There will be men stationed inside the bunker following Jack's capture, but they'll be slacking off and playing poker a floor below, because the room he's in only opens from the outside and when you're a freaky modified super human guy, you get over confident sometimes.
