As pointed out in the thread up there, if Casval becomes aware of where Jack is (and Jack would be aware)...it'll be pitifully easy to just stroll in and out with him. Miller's choice to remain hidden above beefing security was a good option with what he knows but not the actual facts. At present, there are only four or so guys in the bunker and they're not doing a good job guarding.

That said, is Casval walks up to the entrance without covering his distinguishing features, Miller will be able to guess who it is. But, making a foreign politician disappear is a world different to a random kid or a ex-soldier of questionable mental health, so this could open up a world of possibilities if you want his identity known or not.

A rescue is however, pre-approved either way.
