just as a heads up: I'm running a race in couple of months and my training schedule is conveniently (~surprise~) ten weeks long and given the fact that england apparently has decided to acknowledge the existence of summer, it seems like it's going to take a bit out of me for a couple of weeks. until I adjust a bit more with regards to the weather, accommodating increased mileage and work (and my want to lie on the floor doing nothing as a result of the aforementioned), my tagging speed is more than likely going to suffer a bit. apologies!
