Dude, I think Romsca and Veil and Nimbalo sort of were the greyest the series ever got with the characters... the poetry clues basically died after the Long Patrol/Marlfox (I think??? Been a while), and the series ended up focusing more on Salamandastron and co. LONG PATROL BEST PATROL HEY-EY. the quality of the plots ended up dropping after a while though... which was really bad because they were formulaic enough :( oh well, I still have a soft spot in my heart for them.
I THINK THAT MIGHT ACTUALLY END UP WORKING OUT REALLY WELL?? The main thing I was worried about was getting her some cr without being able to use the network, but I've seen Lyall EVERYWHERE, and if he hauls her around every once in a while, that would definitely be enough for her (and me)! In return, later on, she'll KILL SHIT be a willing conversation piece, and I can definitely see her respecting his willingness to organize and teach people. She's a big old softie when it comes down to it.
