Sup, Earthlings! It's Eric again...You know, the player of the loudmouthed witch and the confused demon lord? SOME of you must remember me.
Anywho I apped again. This time it's Delphine Angua Von Überwald, the vegetarian werewolf turned officer of the Watch, from Terry Pratchett's Discworld. Perhaps you have heard of her.
In this life, she goes by Angela Roth. She's from Chicago originally, but has been living in Locke City for six years now, where she works for the LCPD because as a bastion of law and justice, it represents everything she doesn't like about her brother who is a slimeball politician. She's a detective in the Vice Squad, and was one of the cops investigating the recent possible contamination of the city's drinking water (Vice got involved when it was flagged for a possible connection to that laughing drug that's been going around. You know the one.), but had been utterly unable to make any progress due to factors beyond her control (Crooked co-workers sabotaging her work, lack of access to a magical communication network, not being a PC yet...you know how it is.) until a bunch of anonymous sources suddenly dumped a ton of evidence into her lap and blew the whole thing open.
So...
Any cops, any people involved in illegal drugs or prostitution, or any Werewolves, I've got some past CR hooks for YOU. As always, I love plotting plots and am
overbringer on plurk.
I leave you all with a message from Courage Wolf:

Hi! I'm Bri, and I play Nick Burkhardt here, who happens to be an LCPD homicide detective. And helped spear-head the plan behind exposing the water contamination plot.
He was also something of a supernatural creatures assassin in his past life, which he was pretty fail at, considering his best friend was a werewolf-expy. Nick's currently interested in all things werewolf, since he somehow keeps making friends with them, and is considering arranging some sort of werewolf support group.
SO BASICALLY I'd love prior CR, if you're up for it, and I'm insanely excited to see her!
Plus Discworld. Which is instantly awesome.

Hooray for Discworld *waves Ankh-Morpork flag*

Nick is the same, he's generally sociable and friendly, with a pretty sarcastic sense of humor. He's also a huge workaholic, so he's one of those detectives who may be around at all hours of the day.
As far as water contamination goes - Nick was heavily involved in investigating that in a very unofficial. If he'd known that she was looking into it, especially that she was actively investigating rather than just pretending to look into it or sweeping things under the rug, he'd have tried to help out anonymously. Left a picture on her desk with the license plate number of the tanker dumping at the reservoir, that kind of thing.

Or a couple packs that can skermish...
We need to come up with a way for them to meet stat ^^ Though Lyall has been very clear on the network what he is, so if she suspects and you wanna have her contact him, that's totally cool, too.

Point is, Angua's not getting a pack. I 1000% support CR with Lyall, though.

We will def have to work out how to toss them together though!
(Aw, they're even similar colors XD )

HI! I'm Surge and I play Kanti who is a reincarnated homestuck but more on that later because because right now DISCWORLD and I am EXCITED FOR IT
I actually JUST finished everything up until night watch for the guard, and just started reading the Death series so that I can finish and Angua is one of my favorite characters and I am super happy to see someone playing her.

Also Thud is just generally awesome. It contains flamethrowers, a man biting a troll, and the most epic reading of a children's book in the history of fiction.
