Missing Notifs

As some of you might have noticed, after the begin of the last code push in a lot of cases no notifs were sent for a while, and those notifs will not be sent in the future, either so they are effectively lost. I think the time of no notifs is roughly 10:30 pm on the 24th to noon of the 25th, in UTC.

I thought it would be useful to have a central post that everyone can gather links to potentially notifless tags in. So that the tags don't stay unresponded to because the tagged person does not realize that they were tagged. In case you'd like to do that for people not on your plurk/who don't use plurk much/etc, here is a template that can be used
<a href=LINK HERE>NAME OF CHARACTER WHO WAS TAGGED HERE</a>
