Tall, intimidating lady the second

Hello, this is Ymir/Blaine Frost-mun, bringing in my second character. Who, despite of what the subject line suggests, is not actually all that much like Ymir... Because while she is tall and her concentrated expressions tend to be read as angry or furious, she's a pile of shyness and moe on the inside.

Well, something like that. Meet Siiri Pulkkinen, doing her PhD in biochemistry at the Locke university as a part of a very high profile, but pretty niche project. Since she is too bad at the people thing to earn money through teaching, she works at a coffee shop to not make her bank account cry. It's an independent shop somewhere in the better areas of relatively central Locke, you might have seen her around there. She is tall, doesn't say more than necessary and speaks with the type of light accent remaining after two years of living mostly isolated from one's own language in a country. Her mother tongue is Finnish, and she is from a countryside town in northeastern Finland. Her first echo also gave her the ability to understand Swedish pretty well...

...which brings us to her preincarnation, The Kingdom of Sweden from Axis Powers Hetalia - his female canon AU does not have enough canon at this point to be appable, though I will use the canon AU's looks for Siiri. That means that Siiri is the cisfemale human Finnish reincarnation of the cismale Swedish nation. At this point, there are however no plans to have her remember that she ever was anything but cisfemale - we will see how this goes.

Shoutout to all Nordic/Nordic-heritage reincarnations, if there are any in game, Siiri has been fairly present in the community over the last two years so there might be pre-established CR?

Huh. You know? I made the maternal side of Toushirou's family Swedish and his grandma, who he lives with, was from there originally . . . There might possibly be a chance of a little bit of previous CR. I can see his grandma wanting to keep in touch with her heritage and making sure Toushirou has some involvement.

I'd guess they would have seen each other, and maybe even spoken - Siiri's Swedish never went beyond what you need to graduate, so if Toshirou does not actually speak much Swedish they may have ended up in the same corner of the room at some occasion where everyone was a Swedish/Norwegian/Danish speaker so nobody spoke English and they were like the only ones who could not join?

Also, me and the mun of Åsa (who is Swedish) were talking about a Lucia celebration that both of them would attend - since that is probably a highlight of expat Swedish communities, I assume his Grandma could drag him there if we'd want to plot something?

Also my basic idea for the Nordic community is basically... It is so small that the single national groups join up, and for logistic reasons that happens around a expat congregation (I've seen that before, like the Swedish church having a congregation abroad that also offered services in other Nordic languages and that is basically the centre of a mixed community of Nordic people in that city because it offered rooms and people who were paid to organize cultural activities and community activities). If you would be okay with that/would be interested in a more detailed write up, I could do a little thing for the city map.
