Hi, I'm Gilbert, and I'm throwing in my first character here; Åsa. She's a Swedish designer and has been in Locke city for about a year. Your character might have seen her around a lot if they frequent the same cafe where she gets her regular intake of coffee from (spoiler, it's the same place that Siiri works).
But she's fluent in English and her accent isn't as harsh as it was. While she was a bit insular when she first moved, she's opened up now, and she's incredibly personable, so if you want to establish pre existing CR with her I'm all up for it! She works during the day, and she's 26. She's not the type to go clubbing, but can occasionally be found in bars, she'll also frequent craft stores and other little independent type places, and she also just spends a lot of her free time out and about, often with a sketch pad because she finds ideas come to her better in the open air than at home. She's also likely to have latched onto anyone else originally from Europe, especially from the Nordic area.
Her preincarnation is Finland from that anime/manga/webcomic with the personified Nations. She's a cismale reincarnated as a cisfemale, since there isn't enough canon information on the canon genderswaps.

I'm Alec and I play this guy here - Sho from the movie Moon Child. In his past life, he was a street rat that grew up to be a mob boss and then was turned into a vampire by his BFF. In this life, he is Shou, a trust fund baby that is sulking in America along with his sports car and his cosplay gear.
