I was thinking something along the lines of each team member just having a thread that says "OPEN" under the team thread? So people can tag each other one on one at will versus being stalled by things like shitty timezones. This is a good example of that. Everyone can go fast and loose and nobody feels obligated to rush.

I'd prefer to do it all in one, since that makes it easier to keep track of what happens with regards to plot. I could probably be convinced otherwise if there was a compelling reason to do it the other way, though.
