She has been designed to be sort of an antagonistic character! Give me all of your negative (or previous) CR. Items of possible note include-

--High school dropout; former classmates, anyone?
--Been in various gangs since she hit her teens
--who the hell is Agram and why is she loyal to him srsly this name just popped in to her head what

She's somewhat apathetic and selfish, so I'm going to OOCly state that it's highly unlikely she'll be suddenly passing any/all of the information posted on the Network to the Blood Keys; however, I'm 100% okay with fallout that comes as a result of discovering her alignment.

I am totes fine with that. Hellbird's not the highest on the totem pole, but she's not on the lowest; her experience basically has her as a Lieutenant or the equiv. thereof. So it's easily possible that she's known of.
