Hey all! Mini here with the infamous Stocking Anarchy from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. Her reincarnation is Angeline Strauss, a 19-year-old grocery clerk and daughter of Sandcastle bed and breakfast owner Henrietta Strauss (aka her mom.) If I did my math correctly, the B&B was established in 2008 and is located in the vicinity of Locke's shoreline.

Angeline was born and raised in Locke. For schooling, she completed K-8 at Starling, then finished 9-12 at LCHS. AGAIN, if I mathed correctly, she graduated in 2011. Personality-wise, she's a much, much milder version of her original and not nearly quite so rude. She doesn't have a vehicle, so she does all her commuting by public transportation.

Last week, she was in the bohemian district when she and a coworker were graced with the presence of three Blood Keys. (In her sample, they were all male, but if any of our PC Blood Keys would like to have been involved, then I think that's a simple detail to retcon.) She got her Network number from that encounter and also Stocking's blue- and pink- striped long hair.

I haven't the foggiest clue what yearbook club life entails, but if given the task of taking photos for a page, she would either: 1) get decent shots of people who aren't aware they're being photographed creeper or 2) have noticeably less photos of people looking at the camera because she wasn't good at speaking up.

I'm seeing Jovan as doing the layout of the yearbook or something like that. It's like being productive without actually having to provide any content!!! But since he puts everything together at the end he's also the unofficial quality checker for everything, so he'd definitely end up checking and working with Angeline's photos. And they are probably like among the best photos taken for the club because I'd imagine candid photos are great for yearbook type stuff. Because everybody knows that as soon as you step inside a high school you give up your right to privacy.

Based on their personalities, I'd guess they got along in a superficial, classmate kind of way. For possible extra awful, ff he was nice to her, she may have developed a light crush that went away after he graduated.
