Hello and good evening to all, I am (trying really hard not to scare you all away with my excite) (failing miserably at that task) (reconsidering the logic behind using these parentheses in the first place) (Abilene), and I am 100% brand-spankin'-new to StE.

Well. 95% new. If you count knowing a couple people from previous games prior to this. But I digress.

The fact of the matter is that I'm all sorts of excited to be joining you here, and I'll be bringing you a fresh incarnation of Riku from Kingdom Hearts! To make a long story short, boy's a moron: he tried to exploit darkness, failed, spent a few games figuring his shit out, and now is doing pretty ok for himself. 

In StE, where he's known as Dante Rantanen, he's kind of going to be a teenage douche--this incarnation hasn't ever had his arrogance bite him in the ass yet, and so is a lot more sardonic than his counterpart in later games. Due to constantly traveling with his parents when he was younger, Riku's not really that great (or even interested) in forming long-lasting friendships; he tends to make superficial connections based on what they might be able to do for him later on. He's been in Locke City for about a year and a half now, so not really new to the area, but just graduated from Locke City Academy here this past school year. Not doing anything with his life as of yet because he's just a bum coasting off his parents' money. No reason not to, right?

Oh, very nice! Sounds like Sho's living it up, at least until he draws too much attention his way, huh? :) I'll be looking forward to playing off of you, Alec!

His actions are quite normal for him sad to say. In high school, he would steal his sister's uniform to preform at school functions, and then hang out with the tough crowd. Dialing it down would actually attract him more attention and not less.

He also had a game geeking out friendship with the last Riku so he might do a double take :3

Also Riku's going to have absolutely no idea how to take the idea that there was not another him, but another person echoing back the same memories as he was. 8> I foresee this icon coming into play a lot whenever that fact comes to light!

considering who the genius behind sho in the first IS, sho has a lot in common with his creator in the AU verse. save the huge loyal fanbase/minions/stalkers

I did when I was looking at Sho and going 'what kind of AU....' and then I saw pictures of gackt in a schoolgirl uniform singing Korean pop songs. it's like gacktception
