This is Fran trying again for a 2nd character with one Sakuya Tachibana from Kamen Rider Blade. His past life was a researcher for the bettering of humanity turned monster-hunting hero after research lead to things going horribly wrong. He had a knack for trusting the wrong person and getting betrayed repeatedly, and shooting first and only listening to what anyone said after. In short, a well meaning, idealistic idiot.
This time around he's got the same name, but is a highly reserved, uninvolved, unambitious non-hero who's a paralegal by day and a doting father and husband all other times. And even when he's at work. Want to see photos of his kids? Let him show you photos of his kids. Unlike his previous self, this Tachibana has no interest in being a hero (or really anything of note) and will be dragged out of his cushy little world by his echos with much protest.
Previous CR likely mostly will come via his wife (a doctor for Locke's hospital) and kids since his life revolves around them. He and his family have lived in Locke for 2 years and as the main housekeeper and caretaker of the kids, he's likely been spotted around with them. Poke if you want to work something out!
