HOW GHOSTY/SPIRITY ARE WE TALKING. if there's enough of an emotional presence or intent behind said presence, banagher will most likely be able to sense them, i'd think? in canon he can actually channel the wills of dead people but he's no where near that level of a newtype in game yet. but taking that into account, it should be theoretically possible to just notice them here.
