Hi, everyone! I'm Kait, and I'm completely fresh meat.

I'm bringing you Vayne Solidor from Final Fantasy XII! Here in StE he's Iskender Guenesi, a grad student at Locke City University, thisclose to finishing a doctoral dissertation but God knows how long that'll take now. He's not going to be a villain here, if for no reason other than there's no asshole gods handing out magic nukes. His info post is here!

Also, I'm using a PB mostly because Vayne has exactly three facial expressions in the game proper. Do you know how hard it is to find icons when every other one is his version of the Smolder? Do you?

Greeting, Earth Savers!

A little while ago there was a discussion on Plurk about putting up a thread in the Wise Snake battle to give players not involved the defeat thread a chance to get involved/say what their characters were up to when Wise Snake went down.

Well, here it is!

I mentioned it in the OOC note on the post but it bears repeating that the point of this thread is not to intervene or get involved with Wise Snake's defeat. What it IS is a chance for other characters to have something to point to and say that's what they got up to, even if that was just running interference and keeping the Scales busy.

So, go forth and do whatever!

Heyyy hello my name is Hannah. I'm new, and I brought you a guy.

This guy is Jorah Mormont from A Song of Ice and Fire. In canon, he's a sad, grumpy knight who has been banished from his homeland and takes a liking to a dragon queen and hijinks heartbreak ensues. Here in the game, he is a a two-times divorced Scottish fisherman who just prefers to be left alone. He's also relatively new to Locke City and trying out this "settling down" thing because that's what people do at his age, right? He mostly lives on his boat lbr.

Reg here again, just flying through to introduce you to my second character, Patrick Jane from CBS's The Mentalist. For those who don't know the series, it's a bit like Psych, only Patrick is bitter, twisted and cynical, and hatefully focused on revenge for the murder of his wife and daughter. Most parts con man with a little bit of stage magician mixed in, Patrick worked with the CBI to solve crimes, and ultimately to find the man who stole his life from him.

He's been reincarnated as Terry James, who unlike Jane isn't a cynic, but a science fiction author from New Mexico, who has a passion for everything supernatural, and is especially fond of the extraterrestrial. He's just moved to the city chasing these tall tales. For anyone who wants an in with him, James currently has books on the NY Times Bestseller list, and more details of that are available on his info post, with a full list of book titles in his app. For more info just ask!
