Blue here, player of Zombie Anthony (scramasax) and William "Bill" Black (beforeweproceed), only just cleared to add to my current lineup the reincarnation of Impmon/Beelzebumon from the anime Digimon Tamers!

Here he's named Steve Bean, and the icons are non-indicative - he's a runty thirteen-year-old blond lad in his last year of middle school and within an obligatory would-be rebel punkass-kid phase.

The third option is also "yes", so you're in luck! Steve is a year ahead of him, so they wouldn't be in any classes together, but there are other places at school to have disagreements. Or more physical things. Toushirou doesn't start physical fights, but push him and he pushes back. All that good stuff.
