Hay STE, say a big hi to Philip from Kamen Rider W, now Lucas Evans.

He's the son of the Congressman for your local district, so you might recognize him from campaign ads. His father is a staunch Republican, and he represents a suburban district that includes areas around Locke City. So feel free to dislike his dad. Lucas is not a huge fan of his politics at the very least. (He's gay but closeted, mostly)

He goes to LCA, and he's known as kind of a social butterfly, though a popular one. He doesn't really have any close friends but he holds court socially among the popular kids in school. He makes it a point to remember everything about the people at school and be friendly with him.

He also is kind of a partier, but on the down-low. So anyone who is liable to be at a party a teen could sneak into may have met him.

He's about to start getting memories back from a life as a kind of robotic computer man and the smarter half of Kamen Rider W! LETS DO THIS THINGGGGG!!!

If he throws good parties, it's likely that Marisa somehow heard about them and found her way over even though she goes to LCHS.

If they have alcohol it's even MORE likely.

Ah well being as he's a high school kid with parents who do not approve of things, he mostly attends other people's illicit parties. They are likely to have met up, though!!

*edit* She ALSO has a history, since the big snake fight when all this went public, of using magic for party tricks, such as flying. Especially when she's drunk.
