Hay STE, say a big hi to Philip from Kamen Rider W, now Lucas Evans.

He's the son of the Congressman for your local district, so you might recognize him from campaign ads. His father is a staunch Republican, and he represents a suburban district that includes areas around Locke City. So feel free to dislike his dad. Lucas is not a huge fan of his politics at the very least. (He's gay but closeted, mostly)

He goes to LCA, and he's known as kind of a social butterfly, though a popular one. He doesn't really have any close friends but he holds court socially among the popular kids in school. He makes it a point to remember everything about the people at school and be friendly with him.

He also is kind of a partier, but on the down-low. So anyone who is liable to be at a party a teen could sneak into may have met him.

He's about to start getting memories back from a life as a kind of robotic computer man and the smarter half of Kamen Rider W! LETS DO THIS THINGGGGG!!!

I feel like Kei and LUcas would know each other? Kei's a huge partier, thoug he's the quiet one in the corner or the douchebag playing wonderwall with the acoustic guitar.

More recently he supplies green if people need it and I figure maybe they sort of know each other? Even if Kei's older. ~~Don't worry he won't judge when you come out he's as bi as they come~~

Kei probably knows Lucas is gay since he hooks up at parties like a smart kid. He's mostly closeted at school and home. That's kind of why he parties, so that he's allowed to do dumbass shit like that.

So hey, maybe they even made out lmao. If Kei can hook him up he totally remembers.
