I figured, but didn't want to assume. That said, the situation is public enough and dramatic enough that there's a high possibility he'd be facing criminal charges. Because he's a minor, that'd probably mean probation/anger management/community service/some combination of the above in this case. He'd need a legal guardian to come get him, but I think it's likely they'd allow his punishment to be carried out in Locke.

Cultists are going to be talking about him, a lot, no matter where he is, but because their activities are centered around the waters of Vegas they're unlikely to follow him out of the city.
