I know that any speech they have would be fragmented and thus likely not give out any significant information, but would it be possible for them to say their names without interference, since names tend to be brief? I don't expect the names to actually hold any significance, especially with so many ghosts about, but it seems a natural thing that Toushirou would ask them when he tries to speak with them and something he'd mention when discussing interactions with them.
